Small Group Mindfulness
Developing and sustaining a mindfulness practice is often easier when you have others to support you. I offer practice sessions for groups of 4-6 friends who would like to learn or practice mindfulness together, and support each other along the way. If you are looking for a fun way of trying out something new, this might be the thing for you.
Programmes like this can be tailored and we agree times that suit you all for our sessions together on Zoom/Teams. Examples of current programmes:
