How 1:1 Mindfulness Works
Not everyone feels comfortable or is able to participate in mindfulness group programmes. Sometimes this is about confidentiality as a worker or manager, sometimes about finding the time for a set slot in busy lives and sometimes just a preference for 1 to 1 support over group settings.
Programmes like this can vary from 1 or 2 ad hoc sessions to ‘begin again’, try out mindfulness or be guided through a full course structure at a time that suits you. Calls can be by phone or Zoom/Teams to suit your preference.
