The 5-Day Mindfulness Experiment

This course offers a practical opportunity to try out Mindfulness Practice as a 5-Day experiment. You will need to schedule around 15 mins/day to complete the course. It is best completed over 5 consecutive days but you can adapt that as it fits with your life over the 30 days. I hope you enjoy the experiment.
