The 5-Day Mindfulness Experiment
This course offers a practical opportunity to try out Mindfulness Practice as a 5-Day experiment. You will need to schedule around 15 mins/day to complete the course. It is best completed over 5 consecutive days but you can adapt that as it fits with your life over the 30 days. I hope you enjoy the experiment.

Yesterday we practised paying attention to the breath as a way of training our attentional skills. We use the word 'practice' because it takes time to train our attentional skills and, just like any other exercise programme, it can be really difficult at first.

So this is the last day of your mindfulness experiment. You may have started this experiment with hopes for relaxation and peace. There may have been moments of that but, more likely, you have found it sometimes interesting, sometimes puzzling, uncomfortable and annoying.
